Bhakti's approach to Yoga is one of an open heart and genuine love for this healing and regenerative practice. She incorporates breathwork, inner awareness, and physical challenge to support a healthy body, mind, and beyond. Pantanjali stated in his famous Yoga Sutra's that the purpose of yoga is "to still the thought waves of the mind". Bhakti believes that moving physically, opening up the body and nervous systems, and working out your wiggles helps us do exactly that.

Bhakti believes that inner equanimity is achieved not only through effort, but by grace. She thinks that some Yoga students are too serious in their pursuit and should use their inner discipline and drive not in a self serving cycle, but rather as a means to open the heart and become genuinely happy!

"I watch some students, and they just seem like they're taking their medicine! They frown and work as hard as possible. There's no joy in that! I work as hard as most people in my life, I never take a day off, I go from five in the morning until late at night.... and I am so blissed out! That's what a real Yoga practice can do for you." ~Bhakti White
